I would first like to take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Theresa Cousins and I live in Hayward WI. I have been involved with the breed since 1998 including showing or attending National Specialties since 1999 and becoming a member of the English Toy Spaniel Club of America in 2003. In 2006 I was asked to serve on the ETSCA Board and in 2007 was re-elected.

My overall goal is to breed beautiful, happy and most of all sound dogs that conform to the standard. I will do health testing on any breeding stock if at all possible and furnish those results for anyone who may receive a puppy from me.
